At our store, we offer a 30-day refund policy for all purchases. However, we do have certain requirements that must be met in order to receive a refund.

Firstly, the item must be returned in its original condition with all tags still attached. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.

Additionally, the customer must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Finally, if the item was purchased during a sale or promotion, the refund amount will be the sale price rather than the original price.

We understand that our refund policy may be more stringent than some other retailers, but we believe it is necessary in order to maintain the quality of our products and ensure fair treatment for all of our customers.
